Iman also talks about how he sold his $ 3000-a-day consultant job.

Module #4 – Your Team
We all know the more you advance as a business owner usually requires you take on staff and build a team.
This module includes four fairly short videos all about building a team and using online services like Upwork and Fiverr.

We thought that at this point in the course that we would be getting deep into some real learning but that seems to have eluded us up to now.
Module #5 – Systems and Processes
Module #5 goes into detail about the relationship with the client which covers contracts, agreements and payments.
A particular emphasis on creating a rapport with the client as you will be hoping that this relationship will be a long one.
The 7 videos in this module are a little longer which helps to explain things a little clearer than what we have seen up to now.
Module #6 -Before Selling
This module covers the importance of research and targeting the right clients and how to avoid the wrong type.
Learn not to oversell yourself and keep the number of clients down to a manageable number.
In the early days, you might have a tendency to take on as many clients as possible.
But it’s all about giving the right type of service and too many clients may hinder this.
Taking on more clients will come with time and experience, learn to walk first.
Module #7 – Sales
Probably the most important module here with over five hours of training in 21 videos which cover sales and more on getting clients.
On topics like dealing with gatekeepers, meeting scripts, cold calling and cold emails, follow-up questions, using Linkedin to find clients, using freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr etc
Module #8 – Delivering Results
In this module, there are around 2 hours of training based on a few case studies and how to manage giveaways for clients.
There’s one particular case study where Imran talks about one of his biggest failures.
Where he made over 400 giveaway offers and nobody even showed up.
Module #9 – Scaling Your Agency
This is a relatively short module that covers scaling your business through process and relationship development, reduction of stress, plus more.
There is also a mention of dedicating a full-time coach but I wouldn’t read much into this.
Especially when Imran claims that he offers his services for thousands of dollars on an hourly basis.
