Welcome to this Mind Capital Review.
Crypto, Bitcoin, Blockchain they are all buzz words that people nowadays seem to go crazy for, even though this industry is extremely volatile.
Multi-level-marketing businesses are starting up in their hundreds to try and take advantage of this relatively new technology and here we have one of the new kids on the block with Mind Capital.
You may have come across many Mind Capital reviews painting a very positive picture and you have to be careful because these are affiliates trying to get you to join.
However, I am not associated with Mind Capital and what you will get from me is an unbiassed thorough and honest review so that you can make an educated decision as to whether Mind Capital could be a wise investment strategy or not.
So without further ado, let’s get right into it.

Mind Capital Review – Summary
Product: Mind Capital
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
Founder: Gonzalo Garcia Pelayo
Founded: 2020
Website: www.mind.capital.com
Product Description: Cryptocurrency MLM
Cost to join: Free
Best For: Nobody

Summary: There is an abundance of these Crypto MLMs businesses been started with most of them you just can’t really trust, in fact, I wouldn’t trust any.
Trading cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile and leaving companies like this to trade your investment is a risky business.
If you want to trade crypto, I would find a reliable broker and go down that route.
MLMs are designed to benefit the top 1 per cent and besides what proof have you that they are even trading your investment?
With little to no real information on their website, how could you possibly know?

What is Mind Capital about and who are the Founders?
Mind Capital is a multi-level-marketing cryptocurrency business that was founded in late 2019 by Gonzalo Garcia Pelayo, with headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia.Estonia is known as a tax haven for businesses that are non-resident and one of a few countries in the EU, where businesses are not taxed providing the income, comes from outside the country.
Mind Capital was initially called Eurocoin, and brought plenty of attention from the media especially in the early stages of development, due to the interesting life story of its founder and president.
Mind Capital took 3 years to develop from its original conception and opened its doors for pre-launch in September 2019 to allow big investors and network marketing experts to join.
It is done this way because these investors come with massive lists. That’s people who follow them wherever they go and can be only good for the owners.
In fact, many of these who are invited are actually paid to join.
January 2020, it opened its doors to the public.
So who is the founder Gonzalo Garcia-Pelayo?
As far as we can tell Gonzalo Garcia-Pelayo has no past history with MLMs or Crypto, therefore why he is heading up a company like Mind Capital is a bit of a mystery, but he’s obviously not alone in this venture.
All the same, a very flamboyant
character and comes with experience as a film director, music producer, sports betting, games expert and a professional gambler.Famously known for supposedly devising a legal (at the time) betting system where he took a casino for 1.2 million euros.
It wasn’t confined to himself but the whole family was involved and as you can imagine rattled a few casinos and came close to him losing his life.
So does a professional gambler sit right with you and give you the confidence to join something like Mind Capital?
Is Mind Capital a Pyramid Scheme?
Well, a pyramid scheme would be any business that paid their affiliates for recruiting others to join without having a product or service of value which is what we are seeing here with Mind Capital.
We are seeing many securities fraud warnings against Mind Capital in countries like the US and Spain with Mind.Capital banned in Italy.
You can take a look at what Pyramid Schemes are all about in this short video.
Success is Unlikely with Mind Capital
Multi-level-marketing businesses are notoriously difficult to crack, especially as its a known fact that only the top .5 per cent is where the real money goes.
However, that still leaves around 99 per cent that doesn’t earn enough for them to replace their full-time jobs, and with between 55 and 75 per cent who leave in the first year.
The ones at the top of the pyramid are the ones who are invited to join at pre-launch, you are not.
Those include the owners, and big investors and top network marketers who all have big followings.
Us mere mortals don’t really stand a chance, but I’m not saying that these systems are designed for everybody else to fail because some do push through and succeed, but very few and the ones who do take years.
But people still join them because they either believe what others tell them without any research or just think they have the ability to succeed.
I was one of those persons and didn’t earn a dime.
Let’s look at the Mind Capital products
There are no products or services of retail ability value as such at Mind Capital but what you do buy into is the purchase of their internal token (MCcoin) which have no monetary value outside of the Mind.Capital platform.
This way of operating obviously is a way to avoid regulators.
For some reason, you purchase these tokens which are turned into Bitcoin to trade.
Mind Capital Business Opportunity – What you need to know
Is there a business opportunity at Mind Capital?
The state of Texas Securities Commissioner says otherwise.
That been said, let’s continue…
How to Become a Mind Capital Affiliate
To become an affiliate of Mind.Capital you need to find a sponsor first and then its just a matter of entering a few details.
It is free to join but in order to earn money or in this case Bitcoin, you need to invest a minimum of $40 and that buys you MCcoins which are tokens that have no monetary value.
How to Make Money with Mind Capital
You make money in the way of commissions when you recruit others into your team and they invest their money.
Mind Capital claims that you can make daily returns as high as 1.5% on your investment but you will have to pay administration costs of 35%.
Mind Capital Compensation Plan
Mind Capital affiliates invest a minimum of $40 with a maximum of $100,000 and are promised a daily ROI of between 0.5% and 1.5%.
Commissions are paid through a uni-level payment structure highlighted below.
There are many different payment structures and this is just one of them.
This structure places the affiliate, in this case, you at the very top and every person you recruit goes onto the “First-level”.
Any recruits the affiliate at level 1 bring in go to level 2.
This is repeated all the way down to level 10 which is capped by Mind Capital.
Commissions are paid out across your team members.
The further down the levels the less of a percentage you make but that will be increased the higher up the rank you get.
-
- Level 1 – 8% what you personally recruit
- Level 2 – 4%
- Level 3 /4 – 3% but must generate $5k/downline volume
- Level 5/6 – 2% but must generate $15k/downline volume
- Level 7/8 – 2% but must generate $50k/downline volume
- Level 9/10 – 2% but must generate $100k/downline volume

Mind Capital claim they developed their own AI algorithms to generate revenue but there is no way of proving this.
However, clicking this link just takes you to a login screen and must only be available after you have signed up.
Are Mind Capital Affiliates Actually Making Money?
As there is no evidence or income disclosure then this is a hard question to answer and always is with MLMs.
We could take a look at social media for evidence but I’m afraid you won’t find the real truth there, just Mind Capital affiliates trying to get you onboard.
What we do know and it is well documented, is that the money ends up in the top .5% of the number of members associated with Mind Capital.
What We Like – Mind Capital Review
There is absolutely nothing I like about Mind Capital.
If I were to invest in Bitcoin, then I would be researching the subject thoroughly and finding a legit broker to ensure I was on the right path.
The last place I would be looking would be a Crypto multi-level-marketing business opportunity seeing that the market is overwhelmed by scammers.
What We Don’t Like – Mind Capital Review
Trading cryptocurrencies at the best of times is very unpredictable so getting involved with a Crypto MLM does not sit well with me.
Just very recently, Bitcoin’s valuation dropped by around $10k in the space of 18 hours. Taking it from around $42k to $32k. ‘Caused by some big investors dumping their investment.
A very quick way to make a lot of money if you have the money to invest and you have to be on the ball otherwise you will miss out and most do.
- Not sustainable
Once the people cotton on to the fact that this is a complete waste of time then interest will be lost and the bottom will fall out, leaving Mind Capital nowhere to go except close.
There as never really been that much interest in Mind Capital which can be seen by Google trends.
- Head offices are in Tallinn, Estonia
Another tax haven used by companies to hide their business interests with Estonia been one of the main EU countries that allow businesses to avoid paying taxes providing they are not doing business in that country.
- Pyramid Scheme in disguise
We can’t see any products or services of value.
With a lot of interest worldwide by regulators stating the obvious, that they are running a Ponzi or Pyramid scheme and with total bans in certain countries a time for Mind Capital to make some very big changes.
- Do not appear to be regulated
According to what I am reading, that the owners of Mind Capital are not regulated and therefore committing securities fraud.
Does the fact that because Mind Capital is registered in Estonia mean that they are exempt from criminal procedures?
Is Mind Capital a SCAM?
There are multiple securities fraud warnings in action throughout various countries.
The CNMV or National Securities Market Commission sent out a warning to everybody that Mind Capital is not authorised to sell their investment services.
We have the Securities Commissioner from Texas, who brought an emergency stop action to prevent Mind Capital from marketing what they call a “Fraudulent International Cryptocurrency Pyramid Scheme to Texans”
Mind Capital is also banned in Italy.
Mind Capital use tokens in the way of MCcoin which has no monetary value outside of Mind Capital to pay their affiliates. These are used to filter from the Bitcoin Wallet through an internal exchange until the time comes to not.
If and when the time comes and it is looking likely, then all Mind Capital will do is break that link between Bitcoin and MCcoin.
That will leave the top investors with the bulk of Bitcoin to do whatever they like with.
It would appear that they are bringing in another token aptly named “Namesis”. How appropriate which looks like they are preparing for what?
If you head over to Trustpilot, there are more than enough reviews from people having issues.
Mind Capital Review – Final Analysis
I think we have waffled on long enough as to whether Mind Capital is a good investment to get involved with and I’m sure you will agree, it isn’t and you should stay well away from.
However, if you are looking for a business opportunity, then why not start a business yourself and be in full control. Affiliate marketing allows you to do this.
Create a business about something you love like an interest or a hobby and not some crappy products or services that you can see all over the internet.
There are literally hundreds of millions of products you can promote and around 5 billion internet users.
With approximately 4.5 billion who are searching in Google, which currently means there are over 7.5 billion keyword searches every single day. Those are potentially your customers.
Find out what these potential customers are searching for using a keyword research tool like Jaaxy and create amazing content.
Hard work, patience, consistency, and dedication with the right mindset.
Most MLMs are here today, gone tomorrow so stop wasting your time and effort and invest in yourself, and not some business that may not be around in the next 5 years.
Wealthy affiliate is probably the best training platform there is for learning how to become an affiliate marketer which you can check out here.

I have not been a fan of MLMs, since I have tried them and not earned a dime.
What did not sit right with me was trying to recruit family and friends, in fact, I wouldn’t do it because I wasn’t prepared to risk our friendships.
Just a few things I do not like about MLMs
-
- Recruiting
- Getting family and friends involved, which is what they teach you
- Cold calling
- Pressures from sponsors to meet targets
- Mounting costs
- Not being in control
- No real business to show of
- If you want to progress you have to attend events
- When/if the business closes you have nothing to show for all your hard work
Here are just a few success stories that I choose at random…These are just typical of what you can expect.

Hi Mick,
WOW! Mind Capital has t be one of the biggest scams I’ve seen recently. When I started reading your article and saw the words crypto and bitcoin, I thought straight away – scam. I am on LinkedIn every day posting content and the amount of messages I get from people promoting cryptocurrency and bitcoin is unbelievable. The way they go about it is just so creepy and disgusting.
I am so pleased you have exposed this company Mind Capital with your review because people need to avoid these, and not buy into them.
Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work.
All the best,
Tom
Thanks, Tom, its always nice to hear from you and thank you for your input on this Mind Capital Review.
Your support is very much appreciated
Hi Mick,
Mind Capital got banned in Italy! What other proof do we need to believe that this is a legitimate business opportunity?
It’s a pyramid scheme in disguise, which reminds me of two other notorious programs in the past, MOBE & Digital Altitude. They were both shut down by FTC already, so it means that your online business with Mind Capital will be in danger soon. In that case, I won’t go one step to try it and choose other stuff. Your recommendation seems like a better approach to make money online, so I will take a serious look before bed tonight.
Thanks for sharing.
Matt
Hey Matt, thanks for stopping by and very much appreciate your comment.
I have come also across those 2 myself.
Your support is very much appreciated
They are scammers!! I got ripped off by this firm. After i made my first and second deposit total(26,700.00) then i requested for a withdrawal suddenly my account was automatically deactivated. But I was fortunate enough to get my initial deposit out of their portal through the help of (www.cryptochargeback.org) and thank me later
Thank you Dennis for sharing with us your experience with Mind Capital and glad that you had a result.
So many people are just not as fortunate.
I I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $80,000 USD to this unfortunate brokers, a friend referred me to Mr Jackson Evans that got me 80% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. Please stay clear of these scammers and if you have lost money you can still get your money back if you really want to, you can reach out to Jackson Evans at: {jacksonevans384 (@) gmail.com}. he will definitely help you in getting back your lost funds to any broker….. as mine was recovered too.
They will succeed in convincing you with their tricks to believe them and put your hard earned sum by promising you 100% guarantee and at the end you will end up getting nothing and they keep demanding high fees when you ask for a withdrawal they can never keep to their promise after convincing you to invest a huge sum amount with them. I went ahead to seek help to claim my money back. Luckily for me I came across a testimony of a victim who was able to recover back his stolen asset online with the help of a binary option recovery expert, Mr. Micheal Christopher who is an expert in recovery of any online stolen asset, and to my greatest surprise, i reached out to him and laid my complain, and he took my case and him and his team was able to recover back my money and get it refunded back to me via an online banking platform which was reliable and trusted for funds withdrawal service, and my life was restored. I barely share my problem with anyone, because i thought i lost it all. I am sharing this because I did not believe I could recover my money back, and also to serve as an opportunity to anyone who has fallen victim. If you have already had an encounter with them, you can feel free to seek help from the recovery team through his private email address, michealchristopher057@gmail.com, if you have similar issues withdrawing your funds, you still stand 100% chance of getting your money back, likewise me.
Thanks for passing on your experience Linda and showing that there is hope, if someone, unfortunately, finds themselves in a similar position to yourself.
