Summary: The 12 Minute Affiliate System on the surface of it looks pretty well put together and Devon Brown comes across as a likeable person.
However, what we tend to find with a large percentage of done for you systems is that they do not live up to expectations.
These done for you systems imply that affiliate marketing is difficult to learn which is not the case at all.
Have you thought about what would happen if let’s say the 12 Minute Affiliate closed down whilst you were a member?
You would come away with absolutely nothing, so wouldn’t it make perfect sense to learn affiliate marketing and be in full control?
One thing you are going to notice in this 12 Minute Affiliate System is that Devon skips the most important aspect of this system and that’s TRAFFIC.
Without TRAFFIC you can’t make sales, so where does the TRAFFIC come from?
He does mention BUDGET so straight away we know it is “Paid TRAFFIC” and we suspect this will be coming from Solo Ads.
More on that later, suffice to say this is not a route we would recommend as a complete beginner.

The 12 Minute Affiliate System, is an affiliate marketing system developed by Devon Brown.
It’s a “Done For You System” that takes away all the hard work so that you don’t have to do any yourself.
As always, when we see this type of product, through reviewing many similar that they do not work as they should and requires a lot of hard work.
These products are aimed at the complete beginner who is looking for a short cut to earning a few bucks online.
But, the newbie is not going to have that sort of knowledge or experience that is required.
The product can be seen advertised on the Clickbank affiliate network and is still popular, so people are still purchasing this even if it is just to take a glimpse for the 9 bucks.
Based around 3 top competitive niches, how to make money online, weight loss, and personal growth.
What we do like to see is that the product owner is not hiding like many do and open about what you get with your purchase.
So who is responsible for the 12 Minute Affiliate?
So who is Devon or “Duh Von” Brown as he likes to be called?
First off, he is a live event “Emcee”
who is prone to a little “Hip Hop” now and again.
An internet entrepreneur since 2007 but it wasn’t always good times!
Originally from Miami, who filed for bankruptcy at the age of 23.
Made a load of money and then lost it on some ventures.

A very popular and likeable person but a little on the hypo side for me.

The WebCopyCat – Very similar to his current venture, in fact, his current venture “12 Minute Affiliate” could be cloned from this.
Easiest System Ever – Builds an email list automatically and uses a duplicate website to promote products with a view to getting others to join like an MLM.
Anyway, shall we continue with the 12 Minute Affiliate review and see how it works…
How does The 12 Minute Affiliate Work?
As the product name suggests, from signing up to getting started should take you 12 minutes.
What comes with the product is your free offer which is a free vacation that you will get when you have completed the checklist.
This is obviously a way of getting you to pay for more than you really need.
Step #1. Choose which niche to promote
It all starts with a niche and the first thing to do is select 1 of the 3 which the system works on.

These are the 3 big competitive niches
Step #2. Setup a Clickbank Account
If you don’t have a Clickbank account then you will first need to create one.
The system allows you to create your account quickly and it is free to join.
Step #3. Get Your Auto-Responder Account
The 12 Minute Affiliate uses the Aweber autoresponder which is great if the is all new to you, but for someone who already has an autoresponder other than Aweber will be a problem.
Then once you have created your Clickbank account and Aweber account you can skip to the “Done for you Setup Option”.
Another upsell will cost you $67.00 which is required for the free vacation that is on offer.
Step #4. Setting Up Your Autoresponder
Which is training showing you what you need to do with the Aweber autoresponder in order to load emails that come with the 12 Minute Affiliate System.
Once these emails are loaded into your autoresponder they will be used to promote Clickbank products.
Step #5. Activate Your 12 Minute Affiliate Funnels
Activate your affiliate sales funnels. and they are pretty cool looking too.
Step #6. Get Done For You, Traffic
Just fill in the order form along with your payment and you are ready for traffic to come to your email campaigns.
If you can recall, I mentioned right at the beginning of the review that TRAFFIC was the most important and that there was nothing mentioned in the sales presentation.
Your biggest expense is going to be paying for TRAFFIC and we believe the TRAFFIC will be coming from Solo Ads which look like Devon is going to supply.
“If anyone interested has adequate cash to invest in online adverts”
What Are Solo Ads?
This is where you send your marketing campaign, in this case, your email campaign plus money to Devon, and he sends your campaign to his email list.
In the hopes that someone on that list is going to subscribe and purchase what it is that you are offering.
What you need to know is that this email list will be seeing the same offers over and over, again and again from other 12 Minute Affiliate members.
This will be looked at as SPAM and do you really think that they are going to purchase from you when most campaigns will be ignored or even in spam folders?
Give you an idea of costs because these will come in packages.
One-click = $1.00 and the cheapest package will probably be 100 clicks which equal $100.00.
With an average 1% – 3% clickthrough rate, that means you are spending $100.00 for 3 click-throughs and that doesn’t necessarily mean that they have purchased from you.
Take $1000.00 for a thousand clicks based on the above formula would mean around 30 max click-throughs with a 1%-3% chance of someone making a purchase.
That is not quite 1 sale.

Can you make money with the 12 Minute Affiliate?
These done for you systems are always promoted to the complete beginner who has no knowledge and no experience in affiliate marketing.
These systems never work how the product owners claim they will.
There is always something to do just to get them to work in a manner that they should and newbies will just not have the knowledge required.
What we also find with these systems is the total lack of support.
However, I’m not going to say that you won’t make some money because you might but if you go down the Solo Ads route which is how this all works.
Then you are going to be well out of pocket.
Who is The 12 Minute Affiliate For?
According to the sales presentation, the 12 Minute Affiliate System is for anybody with or without any previous experience.
As we have already mentioned, this system will be marketed to the complete beginner because I can’t see any experienced affiliate using it.
The 12 Minute Affiliate System Review – What We Like
There were a few things we liked about the 12 Minute Affiliate and we thought it had potential.
The money-back guarantee
With it been a Clickbank product, you can get between a 30 and 365-day refund policy.
However, there is a 60-day money-back guarantee with this product.
But, remember to check the small print to see what the refund covers because we have found in some cases the refund only applies to the initial payment, which in this case is only $9.95.
It could be that any upsells that you purchase aren’t covered.
The product owner is a real person
What often happens with make money opportunities is the owner or owners like to hide from view or use pseudonyms.
Devon Brown is very real and a likeable person by many.
Email marketing
We liked the fact that the system requires an autoresponder and Aweber is a very good one anyway.
Even if 12 Minute Affiliate closed down or you decided to leave then your email list isn’t going anywhere except with you.
The 12 Minute Affiliate System Review – What We Don’t Like
Lack of training
There is a total lack of training so what you can expect is to not learn anything about affiliate marketing.
You will have to rely on the system working as it should 100% and coming from a software development background where we are talking about sophisticated software, there are always problems.
Traffic
This is the big one for me as there is hardly any mention of what traffic source you will be using except for filling in a purchase order form and paying a fee.
We know that you are going to have to pay for traffic and we believe this to be solo Ads which we don’t recommend at all.
We gave quite a thorough explanation of why we wouldn’t recommend Solo Ads earlier within the review.
Expensive
It might only cost you $9.95 which is for a 14-day trial and, to be honest, 14 days should be enough to test the waters.
With that said, if you decided to pursue this further could end up costing hundreds and with paying for Solo Ads then we could be looking at thousands.
Unconfirmed income results
The sales presentation shows a lot of income proofs, well as far as we are concerned they shouldn’t be believed.
Done for you system
In our opinion and that is with reviewing many of these done for you systems, they never work as they should.
The thought of someone coming up with a push-button system just makes me cringe.
They just don’t work period!
Is The 12 Minute Affiliate System a SCAM or LEGIT?
If you looked at the Wikipedia interpretation of what a scam is then the 12 Minute Affiliate System might fit that criterion.
However, we think at best this is borderline but we will leave that up to you to decide.
We have mentioned that the traffic source that you will be using was overlooked by the product owner.
When in fact, this should have been a topic of its own.
One of the questions that we have to ask when trying to determine if something is a scam, is whether or not someone can make money with this program.
Working 12 minutes a day to earn $460.00 is a ridiculous statement to make.
I am an affiliate marketer myself and I can assure you if I worked 12 minutes a day I might as well give up.
The 12 Minute Affiliate System Review: Final Thoughts!
We can tell you that we have seen far worse “done for you systems” in the past but still something we do not recommend.
I have tried them in the past and know just how difficult they are to make any money.
You are looking for make money opportunities where you hope to make a decent living from and I can tell you with complete certainty that going down this route is just not going to work.
The owners of these systems lead you to believe that learning affiliate marketing is beyond most person reach which is complete BS.
