Overall we thought this course had a lot to offer and just by looking through the Facebook group tells us there are a lot who are having success.

Most of these deals are small deals that are going or about to go to auction where the owners would probably end up losing out.

Find these auction houses before the actual auction and you could be onto something.

We see quite a few deals that are in the desert or on the fringes where you wouldn’t think they were profit to be made.

For us, the risks are too great and we like to be in control
