It is all down to the way they conduct themselves and it isn’t just Opulence Global because all MLMs are the same.

Opulence Global is a Canadian direct-selling company which was founded in 2005 and produce and market designer fashion wear among other products.
But started life as Global Wealth Trade but more on that later.
In just a decade, they have become one of Canada’s largest fashion houses according to their website.
They have over 300 celebrity clients that have been seen showing their FERI and POSH designer brands off on red carpet events.
As a company, they provide a range of leisure, beauty and care products with the aim of providing the optimum lifestyle.
In 2018, Opulence Global launched its flagship product Fountain of Life.
The products are natural and free from harmful products covering areas like health, personal care, dental care home care and beauty products plus more.
With 7 different industries to choose from, their care products start from about $10 all the way up to luxurious leather items, timepieces and jewellery costing in excess of $3k.
The company is global and covers most countries across the world and even has offices in the Philipines.

Is Opulence Global a Pyramid Scheme?
I can categorically say that Opulence Global is not a pyramid scheme but many will declare that they are due to the business structure which is of course in the shape of a pyramid.
However, businesses, in general, operate in that way so why do people insist this type of business is a pyramid scheme?
That’s simply down to the fact that in order for an MLM like Opulence Global to survive they have to recruit new members.
Ok, they have products to sell but many believe this is just a smoke screen.
Which might mean that Opulence Global could be a pyramid scheme in disguise which is more likely the case.
Just for clarity on what a Pyramid Scheme is…
In simplistic terms, a pyramid scheme is when the distributor is paid solely for recruiting other people into their team without any product to sell.
Pyramid schemes are illegal and in some countries like China, anyone found to be operating such a scheme can be sent to prison for a long time.

Success is not only rare with Opulence Global but all multi-level marketing companies and the reason may not be at first obvious to you.
Which is down to the tactics that their distributors are told to adopt.
Having great products is not what this is all about, recruitment is key here and talking to people through social media just doesn’t work.
Especially when the person you are communicating with doesn’t have a clue about who you are.
People are much wiser to cold-calling tactics and for every 100 people you talk to maybe 1-3 might join and that is a lot of wasted time.
Now, this tactic might work for someone who is very experienced in sales but certainly not for someone new to this type of business.
You are fighting a losing battle constantly recruiting other people to replace the ones that have left and they will.
It is no secret that over 90% leave without earning any money within the first year with many in debt because they bought the products themselves thinking that they would be climbing the ranks.
All that happens there is you are out of pocket and have a load of products that you can’t get rid of.

However, they never paint a good picture and for an outsider looking in, if you saw one then you probably wouldn’t take on this opportunity.
I mean why would you, knowing that the top .12% is where all the money goes with between 50 and 65 per cent of members leaving within 12 months?
With over 95% who do not earn a bean and I know those figures are hard to grasp but just head over to the Federal Trade Commission and it is there in black and white for all to see.

Ok, so MLMs aren’t our favourite business opportunity, not because we hate them or are against them in any way.
But because we have tried them in the past and therefore we do have a good indication of how they work.
MLMs for some people are very lucrative especially if you have a large following which is what’s required to stand any chance of success.
People join these companies with good intentions but they are normally not told the real truth by their to-be sponsor.
If you are intending becoming a member of Opulence Global then do so but as a VIP member and check out eh products first and see if they work.
The fashion accessories whilst they are of high quality are beyond what people would pay for a pair of shoes or a women’s handbag.
Who has $3,000 to spare and besides how are you going to be able to sell items like those to someone who doesn’t know you?

MLMs exist because they have people who are good at recruiting and once that stops and it will, then the company will close.
